How do I register a return?

• Log into your account
• Go to ‘My returns’
• Select the order and item(s) you want to return
• If possible, let us know the reason for your return

You’ll receive:

• Confirmation by email
• Return form  (which must be included in your parcel)
• Instructions and return address
